Playboy model Nicole Lenz has elaborated on her alleged lesbian sex tape with Paris Hilton, saying it's the "horniest videotape of all time" and claiming it was made after a night out partying in Las Vegas in a $1000-a-night suite at the Bellagio Hotel.
